

Example Motion Commander Screens
This page contains example Motion Commander instrument panels to give you an idea of just of few of the possible types of interface screens you can develop. Motion Commander is COMPLETELY customizable so you can create your own unique look and feel!

This screen is the first screen of our demo station. As you can see, there are actually THREE panels being shown here. The first panel is on the upper left and is showing the ability to display a BMP image as a background (our company logo) as well as text for directions. The second on is on the upper right and has a PMAC device, a terminal window, a slider, buttons, and a numeric display. The third panel is the one on the bottom which spans the entire length of the screen acts as a navigator bar with buttons that send station commands to display other panels.
This screen is to display plot fields acting as strip charts, sliders with indicator lamps, buttons, and icon animation (in the wheels of the tape and the arrows showing tape direction while "playing".
This screen is displaying a typical jog quadrant. There are buttons to jog the motors, sliders to control the velocity, lamps to indicate when a soft limit has been reached, numerical displays to show position, gauges to show actual velocity achieved, and some buttons to execute HOME, and PARK moves and also to start a PROGRAM on the card.
This screen displays some indicator lamps to show which part machine has been selected and what process is running. It also shows how you can put BMP image icons over your buttons so they become graphically descriptive (part feed #).
This screen give more examples of BMP background images (car, sprayer units) and icon animation (sprayer heads).
